Refund policy

No returns or exchanges on purchases. All sales are final.

Each handmade item is carefully crafted. On delivery of your purchase if it is defective (e.g. seem has ripped out - not caused by purchaser) please immediately (within 3 days of delivery) reach out to punchypillowsidaho@gmail.com and include pictures of the defect. Punchy Pillows L.L.C. will make final determination as to the “defect” and if warranted, will make repair; though cost of shipping (both ways) will be responsibility of purchaser.

Punchy Pillows L.L.C. is not responsible for damage caused in transit or by purchaser.

 

Cancellation of an order will result in a 3% cancellation fee to be incurred by the purchaser for which your card will be charged.
